We are looking for software developers to join our dynamic team with knowledge and experience of the Microsoft environment specifically SQL, JavaScript, ASP and ideally ASP.NET development. Customer Service & Reservation Staff - Full/Part-Time LCT Support Services staff provide customer care services via telephone and email for travel bookings including ferries and hotels. Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who have the desire to deliver customer service in a fast courteous and professional manner. In addition to English it would be advantageous if you can speak some European languages, in particular Spanish, Dutch, Swedish and French. We operate shifts 0800-1630 and 1130-2000 rotating each week. |

Application, Configuration and Support Person Entee Global Services have developed web based technology which is widely used by the travel industry including easyCruise, easyHotel and easyBus as well as powering the world’s leading Internet ferry booking gateway. We are looking for a person to be responsible for the configuration, application administration and first line support of our hosted reservations systems. Other duties include the specification and acceptance testing of system enhancements and liaison with customers regarding their product and pricing policies. You will need to be a proficient PC user, numerically adept and able to communicate effectively orally and in writing. The ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently and accurately to complete necessary tasks is essential. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with customers and users at all levels and have a demonstrable record of problem investigation and resolution. |
